​Questions About the Universal Charger?

  • When can I expect to receive my order?
    Our items are in stock and can take up to 2 business days to process. Customers who selected "First Class Shipping" should expect to receive orders within 5-6 business days from the date of purchase or 2-3 business days within the St. Louis Metro. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • Can I pickup my order?
    We do offer a pickup option. When choosing a shipping method, select "HQ pickup" and you can pickup at 20 S Sarah, St. Louis, MO 63108. Email us when you arrive arvind@zapsusa.com
  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    Most items can be delivered to P.O. boxes, however, there are some size limitations.
  • How does it work?
    Simply plug the tip into the charge port like you would on any other wireless device, make sure to have it face up or down depending on the connection type, and flip it over and try again if it doesn't work the first time. If you have USB-C, simply attach the adapter on top of your Zaps Charger and plug into your device.
  • Do you ship to U.S. Military bases?
    We are more than happy to ship items to military service members. Please know that shipping fees could be applicable towards orders shipped to overseas military bases. Make sure to include the unit and box numbers for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
  • Does free shipping apply to all orders over $75?
    Free shipping only applies to orders over $75 shipped in the United States.
  • Why am I being charged extra by customs?
    International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery. Costs of duties and taxes are regualted by your country's customs bureau and not determined or collected by Zaps.   • Do you ship internationally?
    Zaps does ship internationally! Shipping prices vary based on location. You will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout. Taxes and duties do not apply.
